Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you want a simple but great tasting cookie that isn’t plain, then these are for you. I had a huge craving for a Reese peanut butter cup, but I didn’t have any and I didn’t want to go to the store. That is when I decided to make peanut butter cookies and add the chocolate chips. I would get not just the Reese crave I was wanting but more sugar. These cookies are chewy, soft, and yummy all in one bite. I would eat ten at a time if I could.

  • ½ cup Butter (1 stick)

  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 ¼ cup Flour

  3. Add in the salt and baking soda and mix in, then while on low speed slowly add in the flour till all combined.

  5. Scoop into small balls, and then roll them in sugar.
