    Just a question, I tried this recipe and it came out thick like brownies. Any suggestions?

      Heather, they do come out thicker then a normal cookie. You can always try backing for only 10 minutes then it wont harden as much and will be a softer cookie. Let me know how that works out 🙂

    Could I put the mixture in a 13X11 pan to actually make brownies instead of the cookies with the same receipe?

      I actually hadn’t ever thought of doing that before. I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to. If you try it let me know how it turns out for you. 🙂

    You could also drop the cooking temperature down to 350 or even 325 and add on a few extra minutes of cooking time.
