Strawberry Lemonade

This strawberry lemonade is great for that hot and sunny day.  It has just the right amount of strawberry and lemon flavor. Everyone will enjoy it. So next time you have a sunny day, try it out.


Also another way to try it, is making a blended drink. By just adding the strawberry lemonade and ice in a blender.


4 Lemons
3/4 cup Sugar
4 cups Water
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Strawberries


  1. Cut the lemons in half, and sqeeze the juice out of them.
  2. Pour the lemon juice through a fine-mesh strainer in to a 1/2 cup measuring cup. Discard the seeds.
  3. Refrigerate the juice until later needed.
  4. Place water, sugar, salt, and strawberries in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Bring to a boil. Crushing the berries and stirring constantly. Still until all the sugar has dissolved.
  6. Let cool, and refrigerate for about 45 minutes.
  7. Pour the strawberries syrup through a fine-mesh strainer into pitcher, discarding the remaining strawberries.
  8. Add the lemon juice and stir together.
  9. Pour over Ice and serve.

Pineapple Ginger Smoothie



3 1/2 cups chopped Fresh Pineapple

1 Banana

1 cup Water

1 teaspoon Minced Fresh Ginger

1 tablespoon Finely Ground Flaxseeds

1 Fresh Mint Leaves


  1. Combine pineapple, banana, water ginger, and flaxseeds in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Add the mint leaves and blend briefly, only until the mint leaves are just incorporated.
  3. Serve immediately.

Peach Ginger Smoothie


1 ¼ cup Peach Nectar

¾ cup Plain Yogurt

1 teaspoon minced fresh Ginger

3 cups Frozen Peaches or 3 cups Fresh Peaches, pitted and chopped

1 tablespoon finely ground Flaxseeds

1 ½ teaspoons Maple Syrup

½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

½ teaspoon Freshly Squeezed lime juice


  1. Combine the peach nectar, yogurt, ginger and half of the peaches in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining peaches, the flaxseed, maple syrup, vanilla, and lime juice and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately.
